These are a few of my favorite things: Craig Ferguson + Betty White = Yay!

Betty White has always been pretty popular, but the ZEITGEIST she has been riding the last two or three years i think probably has a significant something to do with Craig Ferguson having her on his show every month or two like clockwork. Craig's smart- he regularly pays homage to Late Night Tv's rich history. BW was, as we've seen already on the Ten Days of Betty, a Tonight Show with Johnny Carson staple, and as previously mentioned on SLWMAC, Craig recently did a tribute episode in honor of Tom Snyder when he spent an entire episode interviewing British actor Stephen Fry. Anyway, this is funny shit. A good formula works forever.

The Robot Skeleton Sidekick/Oysters Rockefeller Connection: REVEALED!

David Mason of House of Vader is in the upcoming "MULTINAUTS, the AMAZING FANTASY ADVENTURE PROGRAM," starring multiple luminaries beside himself. His character, arch villain Oysters Rockefeller, is the big bad on the show. the picture at the top is DM in character.

ANYWAY, Craig Ferguson, host of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, unveiled his new GAY SKELETON ROBOT SIDEKICK, Geoff Peterson. I think you'll agree that there is a striking resemblence between the two... i think they should let David style Geoff Peterson, though. Considering he's a gay robot skeleton, you'd think he'd have a little bit more flair.

Jennifer Tilly was on Craig Ferguson relatively recently, and first instinct would be to be like "um, who cares?" BUT holy crap, she's FUNNY! she talks about her boyfriend cheating on her, how nobody loves a brunette, talks shit about Pay-Less shoes, tears craig a new one for giving her a "generic welcome back to the show card," tells a story about how she tries but always FAILS to get discounts on designer clothes, and reveals the secret of "what Craig smells like."

Craig Has Drank Of The Twitter Kool-Aid

The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson is an official Still Life With Monkey And Cigarette "Shows That I Like" Selection. One of the reasons that i like this show are the graphics. they are often very funny. Also, he often opens his show with puppets and a man-gimp. That's a winner by itself right there. Finally, he has the great BETTY WHITE on FREQUENTLY. One time, betty brought a leather man-slave with her... ON A LEASH! and yes, i have looked for the clip, to no avail. Anyway, he joined Twitter, which i find personally repugnant. I mean, to me Twitter is kind of like, 'HEY! let's squeeze ANY AND ALL meaning out of our personal interactions, and then MAKE THEM VIEWABLE for third parties!' It's like the stupidity of the nature of myspace, but in concentrate form.

BUT, I FORGIVE CRAIG because he at least made a good graphic about it.
